First off, when we return, we have happy dogs (sometimes in the past when we’d come back from travel they were mad and aloof). When you come back to happy dogs, it’s because things were good while you’re gone. Second point, we had a door locking issue and Barbara was calm, kind and communicative, with wanting to be sure (#1) doggies were OK. She waited extra time for issue to be fixed and just went above and beyond. Extreme peace of mind when we leave town and can’t take dogs with us. She’s an A+ find. Look no further.
